Do you have or know someone who gets frequent headaches?

I've always emphasized the therapeutic benefits of red and blue light-emitting diode (LED) phototherapy, and often use LED phototherapy with my facial treatments.

There’s a lot of information explaining how the skin benefits from continuous usage of red and blue LEDs, but I was curious why there was so little information about the other wavelengths, green in particular.

So I took a deep dive into the web to see how green LED phototherapy benefited the skin. Surprisingly, I found the most interesting studies being conducted not on skin but on pain relief.

The studies showed green light exposure exhibited promising results in the treatment of chronic pain, specifically migraine headaches and the often-debilitating pain they can cause.

Here are two excerpts from studies being conducted on migraines.
